Relationships built
in the field. Not on paper.

Every manufacturer and partner in the MFS network has been visited, qualified, and worked with directly. This page documents who they are and what that relationship means in practice.

The MFS network

A curated group of manufacturers, not a broker list.

Most trading companies work from databases and trade directories. MFS works from direct relationships — manufacturers that our China operations team has visited, assessed, and in most cases worked with across multiple orders.

The network is deliberately limited. We add partners when a genuine commercial need exists and when we are confident in the manufacturer's quality, reliability, and ability to serve the Scandinavian market. We do not list partners we have not worked with.

A note on this page

Partner information on this page reflects the relationships as understood at the time of publication. Specific certifications, exclusivity arrangements, and capacity figures should be confirmed with MFS directly before being used in commercial decisions.

How we select partners

Four criteria. No exceptions.

Every manufacturer in the MFS network is assessed against the same criteria before any commercial relationship is established — and reviewed against them on an ongoing basis.

Criterion 01
Factory visit completed

No partner enters the MFS network without a physical facility visit by our China operations team. We verify production capability, working conditions, and quality processes in person.

Criterion 02
Verified export capability

Manufacturers must be able to meet European import requirements — food safety documentation, CE marking where relevant, and the administrative capability to handle export logistics correctly.

Criterion 03
Quality consistency

Sample products are assessed before any commercial order is placed. For ongoing supply relationships, quality is reviewed against specification with each shipment. Inconsistency ends the relationship.

Criterion 04
Communication reliability

International supply chains fail at the communication layer as often as the quality layer. We only work with manufacturers who communicate clearly, respond consistently, and flag problems before they become shipment issues.

Food & Beverage

Manufacturing partners

Condiment producers, pickled goods manufacturers, and food ingredient suppliers serving the Scandinavian HoReCa and distribution markets.

Glass & Industrial

Manufacturing partners

Factory-direct access to Chinese glassware and industrial product manufacturing, with exclusive Scandinavian market representation.

Operations & Market Access

Platform partners

The entities that enable MFS to operate with genuine presence in both markets — not as a broker, but as an active participant in supply chain and market development.

China Operations Platform

Funuo International
Trading Company

Bengbu, Anhui Province, China

Funuo International Trading is MFS's operational entity in China — the vehicle through which MFS maintains permanent market presence in Bengbu. It is not a partner in the conventional sense: it is MFS's China platform, staffed by the same team that handles all supplier relationships, factory visits, quality assurance, and logistics coordination on behalf of MFS clients.

Through Funuo, MFS also facilitates access to bonded warehouse solutions and cross-border e-commerce infrastructure for Nordic brands seeking structured entry into the Chinese market.

Role in MFS

China-side operations entity. Not a third-party agent — the operational arm of MFS in China.
